You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Transactworld Digital and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, affiliates, and advisors from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, costs, damages, penalties and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your violation of these Terms or your violation of any third party rights, including any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights. For purposes of clarity, this shall also apply to the use of our Services or any act or conduct on our platform in a manner not in conformity with this Terms.
